Orders & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days.
- UK delivery: 2–5 working days
- Express UK delivery: 1–2 working days
- International delivery: 5–14 working days

Do you offer free delivery?
We may offer free UK delivery on selected orders or promotions. Any current offers will be clearly displayed at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details (where available) via email.

Ring Sizes
How do I find my ring size?
You can use our Ring Size Guide to measure your finger at home and convert between UK, EU, and US ring sizes.
What if I order the wrong size?
If your ring doesn’t fit, you can return it in line with our Returns & Refund Policy and place a new order in the correct size.
Do your rings fit true to size?
Most of our rings are true to size. However, for chunky biker rings or wider bands, we recommend going half a size up for comfort.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return my order?
Yes. You can return your item within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unused and in its original condition.

How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 working days.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, simply return your item and place a new order.
What if my item is faulty?
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days and we will resolve the issue with a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Our rings are primarily made from high-quality stainless steel, designed for durability and everyday wear.
Will the rings tarnish or fade?
Stainless steel is highly resistant to tarnishing. However, like all alternative jewellery, appearance can change over time depending on wear and exposure.
Are your rings suitable for daily wear?
Yes. Our gothic, punk, and biker rings are designed to be worn daily and built to last.
Warranty & Care
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, we offer a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects.
