Returns & Refund Policy

This Returns & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through www.wickedjewellery.co.uk.

At Wicked Jewellery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your gothic rings, biker rings, or alternative jewellery, we’re here to help.


Returns Eligibility

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • It must be returned in its original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email)

This applies to all stainless steel rings, skull rings, and statement jewellery.


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered
  • Custom or personalised items (if applicable)
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons, if you sell them)
  • Gift cards

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via www.wickedjewellery.co.uk
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for return instructions before sending your item

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a tracked delivery service
  • Wicked Jewellery is not responsible for items lost in return transit

If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty.


Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item (e.g. another size or style), please:

  1. Return your original item for a refund
  2. Place a new order

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photos of the issue

We will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit where appropriate.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your payment provider
  • Allow additional processing time

Your Consumer Rights

This policy is provided in addition to your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
